Where is the carpet manufactured?
All of our carpet is manufactured in Oudenaarde, Belgium.
What are your lead times?
Express: under 7 days. Standard: 12 days. Timescales can vary due to factors outside our control, but we always aim to meet them.
Is there a minimum or maximum order size?
There is a minimum of 2m² per order – and no limit on how much you can order.
Are there technical requirements for my artwork?
Yes – see our artwork guide for colours, file formats, resolution and sizes.
Can I order from outside the UK?
Of course – we ship worldwide.
