A. The manafacturing of our carpet takes place in Oudenaarde, Belguim.
Q. What are the estimated delivery times if I were to place an order with Pxl Carpets?
A. Lead times: Express - Under 7 days, Standard - 12 days. Timescales may vary due to the covid-19 pandemic and other external factors that our out of our control. However, we strive to meet these timescales where possible.
Q. Is there a minimum or maximun to the size of carpet I can order?
A. There is a minimum size requirement of 2sqm per order. On the other hand, there is no limit to how much you can order!
